Right after launching The Stone I was in a coaching network with Nelson Searcy, pastor of The Journey Church in New York City. I have no doubt this was on the best moves I ever did for our church. Nelson and I have didn't always see eye to eye but I learned a ton and love and appreciate the dude.
Anyway in that network I met one of the funniest dudes in my life. I looked forward to the meetings because I knew he would make me laugh and the dude was real as they come.
